Delicious, indulgent honey fudge made using rich organic Jersey milk and cream from Roskilly’s as well as our very own Cornish wildflower honey.
The milk comes from the 94-strong herd of Jersey cows that graze on pastures which have been farmed in a traditional and sustainable way for generations.

Roskilly’s is a small, working Cornish organic farm, perched on the beautiful southern tip of Cornwall that’s been in business for over 60 years.
They started in the 1950’s by selling their delicious clotted cream. This was followed in 1992 by a new milking parlour and fudge production began in 1994.
