Annual: sow indoors (March), 1 seed (on its side) per pot, 1cm deep. Keep above 20°c and moist. After 3-4 weeks transplant to fertile soil under glass taking care of sensitive root system.
Sow outdoors (May), 2 seeds, 2cm deep, 80-100cm apart. Thin to the strongest plant. Provide sturdy support, water regularly, feed with tomato fertiliser and harvest regularly.
